This project featured the creation of three distinct residences on Brier Avenue in Silver Lake. The development included a full renovation of a three-bedroom home, a newly constructed two-story Spanish Modern with two bedrooms and three baths, and a complete restoration of a one-bedroom single-family residence. Each property was designed within the Spanish architectural tradition that defines the character of Silver Lake, blending charm with modern livability.
