Perched on an upslope lot, this three-story Italian Mediterranean residence required a creative approach to construction. Fazeli Homes designed the home to embrace the natural contour of the hillside, achieving the rare feat of placing the backyard and pool at the ground-floor level—uncommon in upslope builds, where outdoor space is typically elevated.
