Completed in 2017, the Wells property sits on nearly an acre of flat land in Tarzana and showcases 6,250 sq. ft. of modern architecture. The estate features an extraordinary custom-designed pool—one of Farzin’s personal favorites—incorporating large olive tree planters within the water, along with distinctive edges and geometry that ensure timeless appeal. The combination of wood, smooth stucco, metal, and black accents results in a striking, one-of-a-kind estate that stands as a centerpiece of the neighborhood.
